Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is eager to apply their problem-solving skills, has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and wants to grow with an industry-leading company. You'll be the voice of Gratz, helping customers navigate their journey with us and ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide world-class support through phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Order Management: Process and update customer orders, assisting with modifications to product selections and shipping details. As an example, a customer might have a change of heart with their fabric color choice!
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Shipping, Sales, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless order fulfillment and an exceptional customer experience. Get up from your desk and head downstairs to ask the production manager or head of shipping questions! It's all hands on deck.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty through positive and professional interactions.
  • Product Expertise: Become a product guru! Offer detailed information and recommendations, helping customers choose the best products to meet their needs.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a detective for customer issues, working creatively to resolve challenges related to orders, products, and shipping.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful & Proactive
  • Experience tools such as Excel, CRM
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Multitasking pro who can juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
