IT Support Technician - Key Responsibilities:????
Deskside Support
- Onsite support for hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals)
- Troubleshooting software issues

Device Imaging & Configuration
- Set up and configure new devices
- Remote collaboration with the ADSL L2 team

OEM Warranty Repair Coordination
- Manage warranty repairs with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)
- Oversee spare parts and loaner inventory
????
Software Installation
- Remote software installations
- Onsite assistance for failed installations

Printer Support (L1)
- Replace consumables
- Escalate issues to OEM or Managed Print Services (MPS) provider

Hands-On Support (Dispatch)
- Provide on-the-ground support for remote teams
- Assist with meeting room setups and other technical needs
????
IP Telephony Support
- Offer hands-on support for IP telephony-related issues
- Coordinate with remote teams for break-fix incidents
Minimum 2 years of experience
40 dollars per hour
130 Dollars half day
