GameBreaker, an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company, is seeking an Operations/Finance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the daily operations at our business headquarters in Westlake Village, CA. Key responsibilities include handling customer service calls, assisting with order entry, and supporting billing and accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
? Support company operations by maintaining office systems and handling customer
service phone calls
? Answer and direct phone calls and maintain contact list
? Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
? Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
? Provide general support to visitors
? Provide information by answering questions and requests
? Research and create presentations, generate reports, data analytics
? Prepare and monitor quotes
? Enter orders into the internal system
? Invoice customers
? Provide monthly inventory management reports
? Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed
? Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
? Handle sensitive information confidentially
? Respond to email, telephone, or in-person inquiries
? Develop and update administrative systems to enhance efficiency
? Operate internal systems to pull and analyze data
Requirements:
? At least 2 years of operations or administrative experience
? Must pass a background check
? Proven success in a goal-driven work environment
? Expert communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, thoughts, and data clearly
and concisely, both verbally and in writing
? Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work effectively with a team
? Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, at the Westlake Village, CA
office
? Some experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
