The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and characteristics:
10+ years in commercial, real estate, and consumer lending.
Strong credit and business development skills.
Ability to take initiative, drive results, and balance organizational risk.

A history of community involvement and leadership.
Sound judgement and strong critical thinking skills.
Duties and responsibilities of the Market President include:
Oversight of all phases of the market location, to include providing leadership, direction, public representation, and guidance of the bank's operations, lending programs, and other products and services.
Drive growth in the market including new commercial and retail relationships comprised of loans, deposits, and ancillary products.
Monitor existing loan and deposit portfolios to maintain quality and profitability, ensuring past due loans, charge-offs and non-performing assets and documentation exceptions are all at acceptable levels.
Gain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the area economy, influential people, history, and culture.
Lead, mentor and motivate team members to implement market strategy and manage department workflow.
Perform all necessary management functions, including hiring, evaluations, annual increase allocations, and disciplinary action as required.
Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to team members effectively.
Manage and oversee market budget and expenditures.
