Who we are: FrontStreet provides facility maintenance repair services, including locks, plumbing, electrical, and handyman services, with 24/7 availability and quick response times for national retail stores and other clients.
Who we need: We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, team player, with strong work ethic looking to learn. We are looking for people who have good computer and phone skills.
People with a background in customer service and/ or sales are encouraged to apply.
What is required:
You must be Pro-active, organized & detail oriented with a clear pleasant phone etiquette.
You Must be computer literate. You will be receiving all inquiries via phone, email or portal.
Hours - Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM to 6 PM; One late night per week (until 7 pm) Must be committed to having an excellent attendance record
This position is NOT remote or hybrid and requires you to work from our Bohemia, NY office.
Must have at least one year prior customer service experience.
Being a team player but able to work alone as well.
Must be able to Multitask
What you will be doing: As our Client Coordinator, you will be in constant contact with our clients and vendors entering job orders from clients, dispatching and selecting service technicians to client locations, and providing updates to the client.
