Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Coordinator located in Chicago, IL at The Ritz-Carlton Spa Chicago. The Spa coordinator will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of the spa, including overseeing guest check-in and check-out, handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with other spa staff to ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for guests and an abundant and joyful community for out team.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in computer systems and software, such as booking and scheduling platforms
Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and professionalism
Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services is a plus
Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
