Responsibilities
In the role of Project Architect, we'll count on you to:
Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation.
Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction
Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client's needs
Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned project
Manages multiple small/medium projects, coordinates all aspects of assigned projects, and estimates scope of work
Leads multidisciplinary teams through a project's conception to its completion, and perform design and detailing on architectural projects
Conduct and lead design meetings with clients and or consultants thru all project phases
Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines
Independently coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams
Perform QA/QC and technical reviews
Coordinate architectural specifications
Construction contract administration
Required Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture or closely related field
6+ years' experience
Registered Architect preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)
Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
