Paul Foley, L.L.C. is a personal consulting company that advises and invests in health (both mental and physical) startups. I seek a highly organized and communicative Executive Assistant to support me and contribute to the mission's success.
Administrative Support:
Screen and respond to incoming calls, emails, and InMails.
Manage and maintain a calendar, schedule meetings, and book appointments.
Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Workspace Administration:
Organize Outlook.
Organize OneDrive.
Organize ClickUp.
Qualifications
Enthusiasm for Executive Administrative Assistance.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Desire to work in a hybrid environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and problem-solving approach.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. However, this can also be an entry-level position, depending on the candidate's ability to organize and enthusiasm for assisting.
