Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager at BOND Select Dating. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer satisfaction and retention metrics, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work.
