Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at BookXchange in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and utilizing strong clerical skills in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
Proficiency in Clerical Skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with office software applications
Well versed in utilizing Quickbooks and knowledge of general accounting principles
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
