Legends Marketing & Sales and Stain Erasers are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our operations team! You will be the face of customer interaction for both companies, playing a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This on-site role will offer you the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments, manage customer inquiries, process orders, and contribute to the overall success of two dynamic businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Manage customer service requests, process orders, track shipments, and provide product/service information.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for both companies.
Assist with processing credit card payments and handle billing-related tasks.
Utilize ZenDesk to manage customer interactions and support tickets (training provided; experience with ZenDesk is a plus).
Maintain accurate knowledge of products and services offered by both companies, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, product delivery, and service scheduling.
Handle data entry and maintain customer account records in company databases.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support overall customer service initiatives.
Track and report key customer service metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or related role.
Experience with customer service platforms (ZenDesk experience is a plus).
Familiarity with credit card payment processing is beneficial.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks across two businesses.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the industries served by Legends Marketing & Sales and Stain Erasers is a plus.
