WHAT WE WILL ASK YOU TO DO:
  • Directs incoming phone calls to desired party or office.
  • Receives incoming mail and distributes to appropriate person or office.
  • Assists in basic accounting activities, such as preparation of invoices and bank deposits
  • Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Serves as recorder and assistant for company wellness program.
  • Organizes company and employee appreciation events.
  • Monitors visitors access.
  • Enter orders for Customer Service when needed.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability.
  • Strong organizational, communication, personal computer, and ERP related software skills.
  • Must be able to maintain good relationships and practice good phone etiquette with customers.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and maintain excellent rapport with customers.
  • Must have ability to plan and prioritize work.
  • Must have knowledge of all office machines and equipment including switchboard system.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education. Associates or Bachelor's college degree preferred

DEMANDS OF THIS POSITION:
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
  • Work in an office setting.
  • May be required to spend most of the day working on a computer.
