Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership: Manage our financial operations, from budgeting to reporting, ensuring our financial health aligns with strategic goals.
Expansion Role: Play a key role in our LA expansion, establishing efficient financial processes and supporting team growth.
Tax Review, Filing, and Planning Strategies: Review and audit Federal Income Tax Returns. Assist in quarterly tax planning strategies.
Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in financial workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Logistics Management: Streamline and optimize financial logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Compliance: Ensure all financial activities adhere to regulatory standards.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with company goals.
Qualifications:
Experience & Expertise: 5+ years in a managerial role with a strong focus on financial analytics, logistics, and process optimization.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA a plus.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, particularly in a growing or expanding company environment.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a proven track record of driving business decisions.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in optimizing financial workflows and logistics.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
