The Safety Admin Assistant will provide support to various roles within the Safety Department, as well as take point on some specific tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting where they performed multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would possess strong communication and organization skills, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. The Safety Admin Assistant will assist in answering the department's phone lines and should have experience providing superior service via phone. Multi-tasking should be a strong suit for the ideal candidate.

Main Job Responsibilities
Answer safety phones lines
Assist with scheduling DOT physicals and pre-employment drug tests
Assist with scheduling random drug tests
Document accident damage in safety system
Manage and order safety supplies (aircuff locks, safety vests, straps, etc.)
Track and properly document spotted lantern fly
Track and distribute safety awards
Complete driver checklists with drivers (high value loads, etc.)
