About the Role:
As an Implementation Project Manager at Point Predictive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our machine learning enabled API and UI solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support. This position requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Client Engagement and accountability for on time delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
Communicate project expectations, updates, and progress to clients and stakeholders.
Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Execution and Delivery
Oversee the implementation process, ensuring all technical and business requirements are met.
Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other team members to integrate solutions with client systems.
Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting as needed.
Post-Implementation Support and hand over to Customer Success
Ensure a smooth transition of projects from implementation to operational status.
Gather client feedback and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in the technology or financial services sectors.
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
