We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of bookkeeping for both our US and Canadian companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with month-end close processes, and the ability to manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping, including journal entries, reconciliations, and assist in financial statement preparation.
? Assist in month-end closing processes and ensure timely completion of all financial reports.
? Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
? Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for both US and Canadian companies.
? Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal tax regulations.
? Work closely with external auditors during audits and reviews.
? Provide support for financial analysis and reporting as needed.
? Continuously improve financial processes and implement best practices.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
? Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
? Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software.
? Strong understanding of US and Canadian accounting principles.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
? Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range:
Ranges from CAD 50,000 to CAD 70,000 per year, depending on experience and location
