Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Running processes to manage our recycled materials for their full lifecycle from our clients, to finished jewelry, and refining.
  • Precious metal identification and organization using a variety of metal testing techniques.
  • Liaising with precious metal refiners.
  • Assisting clients in vintage resale.
  • Researching vintage pieces and comps.
  • Tracking daily gold prices, recycling costs for precious metals.
  • Developing and cultivating dealer relationships.
  • Coordinating with our appraiser or relevant certifying bodies regarding gemstones that need further identification or valuation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in fine jewelry.
  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week.
  • Excellent command of fine jewelry and knowledge of common fine jewelry fabrication techniques.
  • A passion for vintage/antique jewelry.
