We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Director of Information Technology professional to join our team. This individual will lead ourtechnological infrastructure and will design and implement new systems/solutions for growing technology needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the IT strategy to support organizational objectives.
Oversee the management of network infrastructure, including MPLS and VPN solutions.
Lead software development projects through the SDLC, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and enhance system functionalities.
Manage budgeting for IT projects and resources, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, including PCI regulations.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Provide leadership and mentorship to IT staff, fostering professional development.
Monitor system performance and security protocols to safeguard company data.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services, with a focus on security and scalability.
Experience managing APIs for system integration.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Extensive experience managing software development projects utilizing internal staff and external partners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
