Job Responsibilities:
Schedules and staffs client shifts by communicating with clients and caregivers to ensure coverage is provided when needed
Uses scheduling software daily to schedule client shifts and maintain accurate data and documentation
Answers phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
Utilizes superb written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, caregivers, and office staff
Assists the Human Resources Manager with the hiring of new caregivers by calling and interviewing applicants, collecting necessary documentation, and assisting with new employee orientations
Assists the Human Resources Manager with maintaining caregiver compliance, including collecting the appropriate documents and organizing and updating the caregiver software
Collaborates with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and smooth workflow
On-call some nights, weekends, and holidays
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 - 4 years of administrative office experience
Proficiency in basic computer operations, and ability to learn scheduling software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication skills and professionalism
Impeccable attention to detail and organization
Forward-thinker who isn't afraid to bring new ideas to the table!
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, communications, or related field strongly preferred (degree will be accepted in lieu of experience)
Previous medical or health care experience preferred
Pay: $40,000 - $43,000 per year
