About the Role
The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead Cupshe's sales-driven paid collaboration strategy with mega influencers. This role is critical in identifying, building, and managing high-impact influencer partnerships that deliver measurable sales growth and a strong return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate has experience in managing large-scale paid influencer campaigns in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or wellness industries, with a specific focus on mega influencers. A deep understanding of e-commerce and the ability to analyze both influencer performance and content performance will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a paid influencer marketing strategy focused on mega influencers to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
Manage the full lifecycle of influencer collaborations, including sourcing, negotiation, content coordination, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, e-commerce) to ensure influencer content aligns with brand goals and enhances the customer experience.
Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance and content effectiveness, using key metrics such as ROI, engagement, and sales growth to refine strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies to foster long-term, impactful collaborations.
Leverage a strong understanding of e-commerce to optimize influencer campaigns for online conversions and sales performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, influencer platforms, and best practices to ensure Cupshe remains competitive in the influencer marketing space.
Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and maximize sales outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 5 years of paid influencer marketing experience in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or wellness industries, with a focus on mega influencers.
Proven ability to drive sales and deliver high ROI through influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and how influencer content impacts online conversions.
Strong ability to analyze both influencer performance and content effectiveness, with experience using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing large-scale influencer partnerships.
Outstanding communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with influencer management platforms and social media analytics tools.
