Job Summary:
We're looking for an exceptional Assistant to the CEO to support in driving the company's growth, innovation, and operational excellence. As the right-hand person to the CEO, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, coordinating cross-functional projects, and maintaining a high level of productivity. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls with global teams, partners, and customers.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and meetings, often spanning 12+ hours across various time zones.
Support the development and implementation of processes for operations, sales, customer service, team building, and technical analysis to drive business growth.
Collaborate with the CEO to prepare for meetings, presentations, and speaking engagements, including content creation, reports, and visual aids.
Liaise with global teams, partners, and customers to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and drive projects forward.
Monitor and respond to urgent emails, messages, and alerts outside of regular business hours (as needed).
Assist with special projects, such as market research, data analysis, content creation, and special missions for U.S. Government departments.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, internal teams, and vendors.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Global Expansion and Velocity Program Support:
Assist the CEO in driving the velocity program, focusing on hiring, product development, and global expansion.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure the timely and efficient deployment of new locations, including data centers, mobile edge compute, and wireless facilities.
Help develop and implement new processes for deploying points of presence globally, including identifying and evaluating potential locations, partners, and vendors.
Support the CEO in managing relationships with global partners such as Microsoft, Dell, and Nvidia to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong technical skills, including:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & Azure (Outlook, Excel, MS Word, Visual Studio Code, GitHub).
Familiarity with project management and communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack, MS Teams, iMessage, Asana, Trello, Jira).
Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and terminology.
Outstanding communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends (as needed).
Experience working with global teams, partners, and customers is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the cloud, technology, or telecommunications industry.
Familiarity with edge compute, bare metal, and network fabric technologies.
Experience in automating tasks, creating processes, and leveraging AI prompts intelligently for text language and working with data & models.
Certification in administrative assistance or a related field (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)).
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
