Tomcat Family Office is a one person office adminstration center for multiple trusts, family limited partnerships, passive limited partnerships, holding companies, project SPVs, aircraft, residences and associated staff and professional relationships.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Chief Administrative Officer at Tomcat Family Office in St Petersburg, FL. The CAO will oversee daily administrative operations, develop and implement policies, analyze financial performance of SPVs, investments, manage bill pay, cash and debt deployment, and property staff while ensuring organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chief Administrative Officer or similar executive role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (Master's degree in Accounting or Business preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and complex Excel analysis
Knowledge of financial and business transactions
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
Experience in a substantial family office or related asset management field is a plus
