Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager at Simone Companies in Shelby Township, MI. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing logistics, and ensuring efficient project delivery on concrete projects.
Key Roles & Qualifications
6 years' experience in Project Management
Proficiency in expediting project timelines
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong knowledge of concrete foundations and flatwork
Experience with Blue Beam, Pro Contractor, Foundation software's a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Manage project from estimator hand off to project closeout
Work with project engineer to ensure accurate submittal process
Work with project engineer to submit timely change order requests
Monitor job progress to make sure project is on schedule
Monitor job budget to makes sure project is staying on budget
Maintain and develop strong customer/supplier/subcontractor relationships
Willingness to travel to multiple job sites on a daily/weekly basis
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equal on the job experience.
