We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide leadership and oversight on various construction projects. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Salary range is dependent on experience and qualifications
Primary Responsibilities
Management of project team members
Detailed knowledge of complete project scope and the project partner responsible for each portion of that scope
Develop and maintain project schedules
Budget management, cost control, and billing review/approval
Provide oversight and understand nuance of submittals, RFIs, project meetings, routine reporting, etc
Coordinate and communicate with owner reps, subcontractors, suppliers, and any other project stakeholders
Qualifications
8+ years of Project Management experience for a commercial general contractor
BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Positive industry relationships and reputation
High integrity, honesty, intelligence, and professionalism
