Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty in Atlanta, GA. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing emails, offering c-suite executive support and facilitating communication within the organization.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a marketing executive. They should be well-organized, an excellent written and verbal communicator and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. This individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting and project preparations and day-to-day tasks and duties.

Salary starting at $70,000/year, based upon experience.

Responsibilities
  • Act as an extension of the executive, reflecting her style and the company culture when carrying out activities both in the office and outside of the office during working hours
  • Prepare for and follow up on internal and external meetings and events
  • Schedule meetings, arrange appointments and calendar management
  • Prepare emails and other correspondence, reflecting the executive's style and professionalism
  • Complete a variety of projects and special assignments
  • Assist with personal activities
  • Research projects as needed
  • Provide office hospitality
  • Proactively anticipate needs
  • Arrange corporate travel: itineraries, booking transportation, arranging lodging and meeting accommodations
  • Job responsibilities can grow and expand depending on the assistant's abilities, experience and interests
  • Prioritizing projects, tasks and duties while minding deadlines

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience supporting mid to corporate-level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - the ability to draft, proofread and edit documents for spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • A high level of maturity, professionalism and discretion
  • A high degree of flexibility - be comfortable with different activity levels and successful at managing competing priorities
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An ability to collaborate well with others
  • Computer skills: MS Office and Zoom; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign) preferred, but not required.
  • An ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Innovative thinking and the ability to problem-solve and utilize resources to find solutions
  • Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in a real estate or similar industry is a plus
