This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor at CH Jewelers / TimeVallée in Arcadia, CA. The Client Advisor will be responsible for client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, customer service, sales assistance, and maintaining interpersonal communications with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through the use of CRM tools
Provide tailored product recommendations based on clients' requirements
Achieve monthly sales quota through repeat client business and development of new clients
Develop business growth by focusing on key product pillars
Collaborate with your co-workers to deliver a seamless and outstanding client experience
Required Qualifications:
Customer Satisfaction management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong client relations, customer service skills, and outstanding hospitality expertise
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, and holidays
Bachelor's or Associate's degree or above required
Must have authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications:
Native or working proficiency in an additional language other than English
Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry industry, or hospitality
Knowledge or qualifications in luxury watches, jewelry, and/ or hospitality services
