Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team.

As a manufacturing technician in the TSFOSB department, you are an essential part in helping Entegris be part of the future of Innovation. As a manufacturing technician, you will perform tasks like assembling filtration system products, welding of components, and packaging products following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and high-quality standards.

HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE SECOND SHIFT.

What you'll do:

• Performs ultrasonic welding of components by utilizing automated welding equipment. Sets up and adjusts welding fixtures and configures parameters per requirements.

• Performs assembly of various filtration system products by employing a variety of hand tools, automated fixtures, and other equipment.

• Conducts thorough visual inspections on components by utilizing various measurement tools, a Coordinate-measuring Machine (CMMs), and leveraging camLine & PC-DMI metrology software.

• Packs assembled products in accordance with customer requirements and packaging instructions.

• Troubleshoots assembly/weld issues throughout manufacturing process as needed.

• Ensures product is consistent with established specifications. Escalates quality issues as appropriate. Ensures the highest possible product quality and adherence to the Entegris quality policy, ISO and/or other standards.

• Finalizes all required production paperwork thoroughly and timely (i.e. Production Reports, Labels, Component Sheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions etc.).

• Integrates on all key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, cost effectiveness and product/system quality.

• Maintains a clean and safe work area. Communicates potential safety hazards immediately to supervisor. Performs duties in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures.

• Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.

What We Seek:

• One (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing setting.

• Familiarity with SAP and camLine software is preferred.

• Ability to read and understand diagrams detailing product specifications.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.).

• Ability to use various measurement tools, including calipers, height/drop indicator, test indicator, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is preferred.

• Great attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance. Ability to understand documented processes and procedures.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team setting.
