This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the Supervisor's instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position will also monitor all equipment to insure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Assist the supervisor in running the Corn department.
Various tasks such as monitoring the production, assisting the team members on the line, and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Required to fill out various log sheets.
Required to follow all Tyson safety rules.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Will be exposed on a routine basis to warm temperatures ranging from 65-90 degrees, wet/ and or humid conditions, slippery floors in some areas, and concrete floors.
May be exposed to airborne particles, and a noise level loud enough to require hearing protection.
