Internship Program


Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City - the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike.   • Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.


  • Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Office in New York, NY.


  • Salary: Compensation range for this internship will be $35 - $50 per hour.


Position Overview


Drives innovation and process improvement across Channel Planning teams through various analytical and data science initiatives, focusing on analysis, simulations, and reporting. Will work with the Process Innovation Team to help drive improvements in efficiency across the Supply Chain organization. Responsibilities include the development, monitoring, and evaluation of new analytical tools and processes, and their subsequent training and implementation. In addition to new tools and processes, will also assist in the creation of new KPIs and new tools/visualizations to effectively monitor them.


In addition to their primary projects in analytics/reporting, intern will have the opportunity to support in Project Management of the new Assortment Planning tool being developed in Anaplan.


Key Accountabilities




  • Data Analytics & Reporting

    • Drive business solutions through strong application of analysis, simulations, and business intelligence reporting.

    • Participate in PowerBI Enablement effort to modernize Tiffany reporting tools and grow organizational expertise. Business goals include (but not limited to): reimagine existing reporting tools in interactive PowerBI dashboards, creation of new KPIs/visualizations supporting supply chain transformation.

    • Partner with business team to test and implement important findings.




  • Project Management/Anaplan Center of Excellence

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate meetings, confirm project status, identify challenges, analyze data, define project scope, lead design sessions, as well as lead project user testing and implementation. Support these actions with project management principles emphasizing Project Definition, Planning and Execution.

    • Assist in facilitating the training, documentation and testing for the Assortment Planning Application, by coordinating between our external business partners and internal key users.




  • Documentation and Training

    • Create and maintain project-supporting documentation as required as part of process and system redesign efforts, including process flows, procedures, quick reference guides, and testing scripts.

    • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

    • Support the training of internal users from their functional areas as related to all initiatives. Transfer knowledge and ownership to appropriate business areas.




Required Qualifications



  • Strong statistical knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Recently completed or pursuing Master's degree in business administration (MBA), data science, business analytics or another similar field

  • Self-driven/autonomous


Preferred Qualifications



  • Data visualization experience (ex: PBI, Tableau)

  • Project management experience (relevant coursework is acceptable)

  • Anaplan Model Builder experience
