Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City - the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Become part of the Tiffany & Co. legacy and discover how we craft expressions of joy that last a lifetime. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program. Location: This position will be based out of our Cumberland RI Manufacturing Facility. Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $23 per hour. Position Overview: The HSE Intern will provide support to the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager and Manufacturing Teams to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with government regulations and company procedures. The role will focus on improving the site's current Lockout Tagout, HSE Inspection and Job Hazard Analysis Programs. Key Accountabilities: Utilize OSHA Regulations to assist with developing machine specific lockout tagout procedures across the facility. Including equipment labelling and training of impacted team members. Assist with automating the reporting tool for Monthly HSE Housekeeping Inspections including results and presentation. Review and refine existing Tulip JHAs to improve representation of actual activities. Demonstrate safety leadership by adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures. Recognize and positively reinforce good safety behaviors while delivering immediate, specific and constructive feedback to employees who demonstrate unsafe work behavior. Required: Post high school education focusing in, Safety & Occupational Health Applied Sciences, Industrial, Health or Environmental Engineering or Occupational & Fire Safety. Preferred: Aspiration to pursue a career in Environmental, Health and Safety Management or Certified Safety Professional. Possess a basic understanding of safety standards and how to determine compliance. Have an interest in learning basic equipment and machinery energy sources. Advanced skills in Microsoft Teams, Publisher or Excel.
