Internship Program

As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City - the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
The High Jewelry Procurement department, comprised of Diamond Acquisition, Gemstone Acquisition, High Jewelry Blue Book Acquisition, and High Jewelry Analytics & Process Excellence teams, is responsible for the procurement of the world's rarest and highest quality diamonds and colored gemstones. The High Jewelry Analytics & Process Excellence Intern will primarily support the Director with day-to-day and project-based analytics needs for the HJ Procurement teams. They will contribute in the development of various reporting tools and analyses needed for procurement; partner with Directors on various pricing and market trend analyses; and will also champion excellence in support of the team's goals to streamline processes and improve efficiencies for the procurement lifecycle.
