Job Responsibilities:


  • Meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs including renewal rates, new unit additions, and warranty conversions

  • Manage a geographic territory and work with the local CSEs team to expand the contract base by adding new contracts

  • Quote customers directly through CRM system

  • Work closely with leadership to develop growth strategies for assigned territory

  • Contact customers to follow up on leads generated through CSEs and other teams

  • Identify and generate lead opportunities for other PerkinElmer businesses

  • Respond to customer inquiries, act as their point of contact, and ensure timely resolution

  • Develop product knowledge to effectively grow portfolio within territory

  • Follow company best practices and processes and learn effective selling techniques

  • Maintain sales pipeline and activity accurately in CRM tools

  • Upsell / Cross-sell other PerkinElmer services and consumables offerings

  • Embrace change and continuous improvement mindset

Basic Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of inside sales or field service experience

  • Effective time management and organization

  • Strong communication skills (telephone & email)

The annualcompensation range for this full-time position is $65,000.00 to $80,860.00. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
