Description:
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for continuously optimizing landing pages, email campaigns, and conversion funnels to maximize customer acquisition and revenue. The ideal candidate is passionate about testing, analyzing, and improving performance, ensuring that our marketing efforts yield the best possible results.

Key Responsibilities:
Landing Page Optimization: Continuously develop and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates by working closely with the design and copywriting teams.
Funnel Optimization: Analyze and improve customer acquisition funnels, identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven strategies to improve conversion at each stage.
A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and report on A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to measure the effectiveness of changes.
Email Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the email marketing team to optimize email content, layouts, and CTAs to increase engagement and conversions.
Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and CRO platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) to monitor key metrics and analyze user behavior.
Reporting: Present insights, recommendations, and data-driven reports to senior leadership on a weekly basis, showcasing the effectiveness of optimizations.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with design, product, content, and development teams to ensure that optimization efforts are aligned with business goals.
Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to ensure Zendrop remains at the cutting edge of CRO strategies.
Required Skills and Competencies:
3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, A/B testing, and performance marketing.
Proficiency in using analytics and CRO platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, or similar).
Strong understanding of user experience (UX), user interface (UI) design principles, and how they impact conversions.
Solid experience in optimizing landing pages, email campaigns, and customer acquisition funnels.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for testing, learning, and iterating to find what works best.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
