Position Overview:
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll become an essential component of our visionary team, playing a crucial role in managing and enhancing our diverse holdings. This position is tailor-made for a driven individual with an astute interest in real estate, a flair for design, a keen sense for business, and a heart for community service-particularly in the sphere of behavioral health.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support including reporting, file management, and meticulous organization.
Manage and streamline property-related projects, from scheduling to vendor payments.
Maintain efficient information flow, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
Address inquiries, manage correspondence, and oversee message distribution effectively.
Offer support across leasing, property management, and accounting departments.
Conduct property site visits and coordinate with tenants for maintenance and facility needs.
Produce high-quality advertising materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
Engage with prospective tenants, conduct property viewings, and facilitate lease processes.
Accurately collect and record rental payments and maintain financial documentation.
Liaise with vendors to ensure exceptional property services.
Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent written communication skills.
Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle required.
Flexibility for occasional work outside standard hours.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years in Property Management.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Active real estate license.
Experience with Appfolio software.
Experience preferred, NOT required

Job Details:
Full-time position located at our Bakersfield office (ZIP 93309), with on-site expectations.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 am-6 pm or 8 am-5 pm).
Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
