Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the President of Real Estate Development and his organization. This position may also support other executives as needed. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, conduct research, prepare reports, and perform various other tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation for this team. This position will partner closely with the Utah Office Manager on various projects. The position will primarily work from KIC's Park City office, with occasional (approx. 1-2 days per week) in KIC's downtown Salt Lake City office. Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide organized and flexible administrative support to multiple executive-level leaders, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and providing personal support as needed.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Monitor and manage email correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
  • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available. Manage and organize files, records, and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility
  • Perform data entry and analysis using Excel, generating reports and providing insights as needed.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, handling mail, and ordering supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to solve problems & take initiative.
  • Outstanding time management skills, with proven ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Sound judgment, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; experience with PowerPoint preferred.

Qualifying Personal Surveys: All eligible candidates will be required to complete a Predictive Index assessment. As a condition of employment, all candidates must complete a Drug screen and Background Check.

Final compensation packages are always subject to candidate experience, skills, and location.

Schedule: The company has a hybrid work schedule. Plan on 3-4 days in the office with flexibility to work from home. This role requires working in our Salt Lake City and Park City locations.
