Position Summary: Intercap Lending is looking for a highly organized Loan Administration Specialist to support our loan processing team. This role involves managing client appointments, coordinating meetings, and assisting with administrative and marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm client appointments; set up Zoom meetings.
Time Management: Help maintain time-blocking schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Email Handling: Respond to emails from the loan officer's account.
Team Gifting & Referrals: Manage team gifting and referral systems.
Administrative Support: Maintain lead sheets, core forms, and assist with initial file setups (e.g., FHA approval).
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing client events.
Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team or use tools to develop marketing ideas and graphics.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in loan administration or similar roles preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom, and good communication abilities.
Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
