Culture:
We pride ourselves on the fact that we've built a culture that heavily emphasizes the need for work to be a fun place. We expect our team to work hard for each other and go the extra mile for our clients, even if that means responding to important calls in the evenings or an email over the weekend, when necessary.
We are a small team, but a growing company, which means we rely heavily on one another to ensure the business operates like a well-oiled machine. Said another way, without the efficient operation of every person on the team, we would struggle to succeed both as group, as well as individuals. Point being, everyone is important and instrumental to our success, regardless of skillset, focus, or tenure.
Family is extremely important to us at Libertas Wealth. While there will be times when workdays can be long, for the "A-Player" we want to hire, you can expect that hard work is rewarded with work-life balance and no shortage of generosity and fairness.
