Our growing Amusement and Redemption services company is looking for a highly motivated creative and technical Website Manager responsible for all aspects of overseeing our ecommerce website.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing high-traffic ecommerce, website design (UX), technical development, troubleshooting, as well as a strong understanding of search engine optimization and analytics. This role will support and work closely with a variety of different organizational staff in Sales, Marketing and Graphic Design. All applicants must display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, problem solving, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Job Information and Duties • Responsible for all aspects of website functionality and data including troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrades • Primary point of contact for all web-related consulting services • Responsible for registration and renewal of all site related domain and SSL subscriptions. • Coordinate with Buyers and Product Managers to create accurate, consistent, compelling, and SEO-friendly product listings for 2500+ item listings, with 50-80 new items being added weekly. • Coordinate with IT Dept regarding website integrations to backend ERP and CRM systems. • Perform regularly scheduled audits of all company websites to identify problems and opportunities for improvement • Communicate and coordinate with a variety of organizational staff regarding website content, functionality and improvements.
Required Skills/Competencies
Our ideal candidate will have • Minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing and maintaining ecommerce sites or high-traffic sites. • Exceptional Excel skills • Experience with WordPress, HTML, Javascript and CSS for building, adjusting, and customizing site elements. • Experience using Photoshop to edit images for the product catalog • General knowledge of UX/UI concepts. • Familiarity with ADA compliance issues as they relate to ecommerce websites. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills appropriate for communication with team members, senior management and vendors • A flexible, curious, efficient, and detail-oriented approach to work. • Ability to work with sales team members to resolve website issues. • Knowledge of products, services, and techniques to enhance site functionality.
SQL and database development experience preferred. • Experience with migrating ecommerce sites to new platforms is a plus. • Ability to work well with others and absorb industry knowledge from peers and teammates. • Experience with ecommerce integrations to Sage 100 (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) is a plus • Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results.
