Vaquero Ventures is a commercial real estate development company based in Fort Worth, TX. We specialize in commercial build-to-suits for nationally recognized retail companies. In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities: • Greet and direct visitors • Maintain inventory of office supplies • Monitor office equipment; arrange repairs as needed • Help organize and maintain common office areas • Retrieve, screen and deliver mail correspondence • Coordinate FedEx and certified mail • Coordinate and plan for conference rooms' availability • Order and restock snacks and beverages for the office • Coordinate and order catered lunches for the office and personal meetings, as needed • Organize and support in planning and executing company events • Organize and maintain digital and physical important documents in files • Manage marketing material with vendors • Manage and oversee building repairs with associated vendors • Manage building access security for company • Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements: • High School Diploma • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization • People-oriented • Proactive in problem solving • Ability to perform duties with little supervision • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Positive attitude, humility, enthusiasm, and a collaborative team spirit • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment • Dependable vehicle and ability to travel locally via car
This is a full-time, salaried position (salary commensurate with experience)
