Job Function: Client Success Specialist

Starting pay: $22 per hour / 50 hours (10 hours overtime available weekly)

Locations: Onsite (not available hybrid or work-from-home position)

RITE Technology is a locally owned and operated Florida Licensed Electrical Specialty Contractor providing our clients with technology to optimize their business.

Our technology offerings include:
  • Low Voltage cabling and network infrastructure
  • SHARP copiers. printers and displays
  • VERKADA, physical security solutions including surveillance cameras, electronic door access control, alarms, environmental sensors, intercom as well as guest check-in solutions.
  • ProAV, audio/video integrations including conference rooms, huddle rooms, classrooms, training centers, country clubs, restaurants, sporting facilities and more.

As a member of our Client Success Team, you will be the primary "point of care", anticipating and elevating our client outcomes and experiences.

RITE's Client Success teammates work in concert with our sales, integrations, and service teams, becoming the "glue" that holds us all together.

Client Management:

o CSE's serve as a primary point of contact with RITE's clients.

o CSE's process starts when the sales process turns into a "move forward" project.

o CSE's manage and drive excellent outcomes with attention to detail and accuracy.

o CSE's proactively engage our clients by presenting them with Quarterly Business Reviews.

o CSE's maintain client relationship communications, ensuring they remain fully aware of our offerings.

o CSE's assess and report on contract health ensuring KPI performance is realized.

CSE's success is achieved by remaining knowledgeable & enthusiastic about our team, our technology & our services.

Responsible will include:
  • Prepare and obtain executed financial documents required to process the sale.
  • Operate within the defined process using our software tools including our CRM and ERP.
  • Liaison between our Technology Enthusiasts, Clients & Leasing/Finance Partners.
  • Maintain communication between clients and internal resources ensuring all parties are aligned.
  • Manage and maintain ongoing client billing ensuring excellence is achieved on all priorities.
