The Project Executive is responsible for leading operations in the SE Region. This role is a strategic leader responsible for building relationships with architects and trade partners by expanding the Florida market through effective strategies, team management, and overseeing projects through completion. The work environment for this position is a mix of typical office and visits to construction project sites.

Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements. Ensure terms and conditions are aligned with company standards and objectives.

Oversee multiple construction projects and provide risk management while serving as the primary contact for the clients. Assign appropriate Project Management staff in association with the Operations Manager.
Identify potential client and project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Knowledge and understanding of commercial construction ranging in costs from $100,000 to $100 Million.
Create Conceptual, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document, budgets and estimate.
Document owner outline specifications.
Facilitates and provides support during the bidding process.
Follow-up with subcontractors to ensure adequate bid response.
Provide updated unit prices for estimating department.
Accumulate scopes of work and prepare front-end Project Manual.
Assist with hard bid/low bid project assembly.
Value engineering concepts as required for projects.
Create project specific Basis of Design documentation for presentation and exhibit attachments.
Support Project Managers as principal in key meetings.
Create and maintain cost history database and library or unit costs.
Assembly/review hand-off package for awarded projects.
Assist in writing and assembly of Requests for Proposals and prequalification packages.
Assist with preparation of owner contract, owner contract attachments and subcontract attachments.
Maintain project information in project management software.
Manage cost control and processes change orders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field required
A minimum of Ten (10) years project management experience, with five years of team management experience in SWFL.
Demonstrated experience in building and leading high performing teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to create and maintain strong client relationships
Extensive knowledge of SWFL construction industry
Must have a working knowledge of Procore, MS Office, including strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
