Deliberate engagement with Specialized Industries business lines in Agribusiness: Develop strategies to grow business Provide support to RM's, BDO's, and key stakeholders Enhance existing relationships Provide potential entry points to new relationships Share market intelligence to provide a better client experience Market opportunity sizing Provide accountability for coverage Develop Industry and client goals Regularly report on progress Leverage market expertise, existing at WFEF and WFB Effectively manage client relationships through cyclicality in Specialized Industries Be proactive with product opportunities Equip WFB RM's and BDO's with relevant and industry specific marketing material Provide leads based on market data when appropriate/available
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Equipment finance experience in Agribusiness
Market growth strategy experience

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $120,400.00 - $287,600.00 Benefits
