Doubletree by Hilton Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale is looking to welcome a Part-Time Night Auditor to join the team!

Our hotel, which has 296 guest rooms, is located next to the Fort Lauderdale beach, half a mile south of East Las Olas Boulevard. Our front office team is comprised of the Director of Operations, Director of Front Office, our Front Office Manager, supervisors and team members.

Our ideal candidate would have at least 1 year experience as a night auditor in a hotel. Experience with excel and accounting. Be able to work the required shifts and able to make decisions as needed in the absence of leadership.

Shift Pattern: Part- Time 11PM-7:30AM (2-3 shifts per week) Weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour plus incentives

What will I be doing?

As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
• Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
• Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
