Our client is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive change strategies and plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive OCM strategy
- Create and manage a detailed training plan and curriculum
- Conduct sponsor and stakeholder analysis
- Develop and implement a communication strategy
- Document current and future state processes
- Create end-user training and support materials
- Plan and coordinate functional cutover activities
- Support business stakeholders in developing and documenting business processes
- Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate or address concerns
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of training strategies and be adept at building relationships across the organizational spectrum, including executive-level communication. This hands-on role requires a professional who can manage and leverage existing resources, including dispersed non-OCM team members.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills, both formal and informal
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive OCM strategies and plans
- Experience in conducting sponsor and stakeholder analysis
