As a Sales Onboarding Project Manager, you'll own New Hire Sales onboarding. You'll be responsible for ensuring that new Sales team members are trained to perform and drive success through systematic, thoughtful programming. This role requires developing role specific new hire curriculum, facilitating new hire cohorts, managing the accompanying workstreams, and making data driven decisions to ensure successful ramp.
In this role, you will support our efforts in operational excellence with various stakeholders within the enterprise to deliver excellence to Walmart sellers and customers. The role will support New Seller Acquisition; ensuring we continue to pursue data driven decisions, track progress, and implement improvements to exceed expectations and goals set.
The role will report into Walmart Marketplace Sales Operations team and is focused on continuing to develop world class tools and operational processes to accelerate new seller growth, ensure our customers have a premium shopping experience, along with an expanded assortment to meet all their wants and needs. What you'll do:
Support and execute the development of the Sales Training Strategy and Framework
Develop New Hire curriculum
Measurement of the output of your efforts, along with follow-through of the feedback loop
Write and publish training materials
Support monthly newsletter
Establish and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships
You will blow us away if:
You have experience training new hires or teaching humans through facilitation
You have experience building curriculum from scratch
You have built role-specific (SDR/AE/AM) curriculum, onboarding, or programming
You have experience working in a sales ecosystem that is built on a sales methodology such as Challenger.
You can demonstrate experience marrying the "art of the sale" with metric informed training resources.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of work experience in Sales, Sales Adjacent, Learning and Development, or teaching roles.
Excellent MS-PowerPoint skills and comfortable building presentations to tell a clear story.
Experienced in ULearn, Salesforce, Slack, and Confluence.
You are adaptable and nimble, able to pivot and deliver against goals in a high growth environment
Team player, systems thinker, effective navigating cross functional work.
