Marsh McLennan (MMC) is currently seeking an experienced Sourcer/Team Administrator to join the Global Executive Search team. Reporting to the Global Executive Search Team Leader, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage research and sourcing for a broad range of senior executive level roles. In addition, the Sourcer/Team Administrator will be responsible for all interview scheduling and reporting for the Executive Search team.

Deliver on senior executive research and sourcing assignments
Provide market intelligence including market mapping, talent pools and industry insights
Refine recruitment process and research and sourcing techniques to enhance the overall service delivery of Executive Search
Develop and maintain strong internal networks across a Global Executive Search team
Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract the best talent in the market
Deliver exceptional sourcing and research advice to identify top talent
Present competitor and market insights for internal stakeholders
Provide comprehensive Excel and PowerPoint reporting utilizing a range of data sources and tools. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics. Preparing reports for internal stakeholders to track progress and outcomes.
Manage interview scheduling for the Executive Search team
Qualifications:
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with C-Suite executives and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Background and experience in Senior Executive Recruitment, ideally combining Executive Search research and in-house experience
Demonstrated capabilities in research and search execution
A passion for talent sourcing and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes
Working knowledge of Phenom CRM (Desirable)
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing projects
Strong Boolean search proficiency
Successful record of delivering high-quality work to strict deadlines and demonstrated capabilities in sourcing the best talent in the market
Self-confidence with excellent communication skills
Demonstrated dedication in supporting team members and collaboratively achieving outcomes
Demonstrated commitment to quality and service delivery
Solid focus on ensuring candidate care and customer service
Highly developed negotiation and relationship management skills
The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
