We are looking for a medical receptionist to join our practice and be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high-quality customer service to all the people we serve. This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients, supporting health care professionals as well as general administration duties
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming the people in service.
Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
Scheduling appointments.
Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
Administration support and other duties as assigned.

Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Age 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Interest and investment in working with adults who experience Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and their families.
Must have a current and valid Kansas driver’s license.
