This position is a member of the General Manufacturing department. The Quality Compliance Specialist will report directly to the EHS Compliance Manager.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Control, manage and track company quality documents and records.
Update and edit quality and company procedures to support ISO:9001:2015, 45001:2018, and 14001:2015
Organize & retain policies & documents to lifecycle retention
Archive inactive electronic & hardcopy records in accordance with the record retention schedule
Lead and Monitor our Control of Monitoring and Measuring Equipment
Lead and Monitor our Corrective Action Program
Ensure quality department reports are accurate and posted timely
Internal Auditing
Keeping up to date on ISO standards & changes to maintain compliance
Lead NCP tracking and corrective actions
Support Suppliers with quality issues and audit as necessary
Monitor and audit the machine to stock program
Lead the Auditing Team
Recruit, train, internal auditors
Schedule ISO Internal Audits
Support all 3rd Party Audits
Job Requirements
Education
2 Year Associate Degree in Business; or related experience
Background in ISO writing & EH&S Policies a plus
Communication Courses Preferred
Skills & Relevant Work Experience
Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, Publisher, Skitch, Lorem Ipsum, Visio and Adobe
Continuous Improvement, Lean/Six Sigma
The ability to work in a cross functional team atmosphere
Organizational skills.
