Description: Our client is currently seeking a Labor Relations Project Manager who will be an experienced HR professional who will use their business acumen, HR expertise, and union knowledge to coordinate union-related activities, partnering with internal and external Labor Relations counsel and the HR team. This role sits on the HR team and liaisons between HR and the Labor Relations team. This individual will work closely with business leadership and stakeholders to coordinate activities around union petitions, collective bargaining agreement (CBA) processes, and enhance employee relations in union environments. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders as union petitions arise, providing support throughout the process
Build and maintain reports for union information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
Share critical information related to union activities with relevant parties in a timely manner
Coordinate union CBA processes, including negotiations, implementation, and compliance - in partnership with the Labor Relations team.
Coordinate strategies to maintain positive relationships with union representatives and employees
Skills & Competencies:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on labor relations or union management
Strong knowledge of labor laws, union regulations, and CBA processes
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong MS Excel skills, using pivot tables and v-lookups
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field preferred
