Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced networking concepts in analyzing, studying, and designing data networks.
• Analyze network characteristics (e.g., traffic, connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes, and throughput) and recommend modifications.
• Design and optimize network topologies and site configurations.
• Plan installations, transitions, and cutovers of network components and capabilities.
• Resolve network problems to ensure operational access to platforms/applications.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in an ITIL environment (Incident management, change control, etc.)

• Strong communication skills.
• 1-3 years of IT background/network operations experience or equivalent education.
• Willingness to learn and be personable.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams.
• Basic triaging skills and some ServiceNow experience.
• Understanding of incident response management or ticketing queue environment.
• ITIL experience is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• AAS Degree in Computer Technology and Networking
